All of our stylists are intensively trained and experienced in their offered services. Some of our artists specialize in different techniques, such as coloring, cutting, styling, and extensions, offering advanced expertise in their field. Please know that our Specialists may offer services at a higher price range.

We kindly ask for your up-to-date credit card information to ensure your scheduled booking, and in order to protect the valuable time of our team. For more information, please refer to our cancellation policy.

If ever you’re not fully loving your hair, don’t hesitate and don’t second guess- reach out to us directly so we can make things right. We kindly ask that you please reach out to us within 2 weeks of your original service so that we can do everything we can to have you feeling and looking like your very best self.

We kindly ask for all cancellations to be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, we will charge the credit card on file 50% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment.

Caring for the environment is our priority, and we are proud of all we have already done in our initiative to go Green. We are continuously looking for new opportunities to improve our environmental practices in order to impact a healthier planet. Here is a little about what we have done already:

• We’ve gone paperless by using digital signs, forms and receipts;

• We’ve partnered with local advanced recycling programs such as Action Carting and Green Circle;

• We’re reducing disposable products/items by instead emphasizing the use of refillable products/items;

• We’ve chosen in-salon retail and color lines that are cruelty-free, vegan, made with recycled packaging, and with little to no anomia;

• We’ve launched the use of 100% biodegradable retail bags that break down within 18 months and leave no harmful residue on the Earth.

We accept all major credit cards, and gift cards, as well as Interac Debit at our Canadian location. All of our locations are cashless. Checks cannot be accepted.

We gladly offer physical and e-gift card options depending on location. To redeem, present your physical or virtual card at the time of purchase. Gift cards can be used against all service and retail purchases. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated.

The biggest difference between a half head and a full head of highlights will be the amount of brightness you will see. Where a full head of highlights will provide overall and seamless brightness, a half head of highlights is recommended for maintaining in between full highlighting services.

Most modern colors typically fall within a dual technique or specialty color. The easiest way to recognize if your inspo is a dual technique is if there is a variation of boldness in the lightened areas.

When it comes to a speciality color, you’re in for a transformation, an all-day sort of color, and a big change. Specialty colors use more than 2 techniques, and go above and beyond any typical color service. Remember, when in doubt, give us a call or book a consultation!

Our intensively trained stylists never rush and never compromise the integrity of your hair. Creating modern styles typically takes multiple hours and/or multiple sessions, and our most sought after color services typically take anywhere from 2.5-5 hours and can vary depending on your hair length, density and overall goals. If you’re concerned about timing or would like to learn more, don’t hesitate to contact our team or book a consultation.

All of our services include a complimentary wash, blowout, and style.

If your hair requires a little extra something that isn’t included in your service, such as a treatment, additional toning techniques, or another add-on, we’ll always make a professional recommendation and keep you in the loop every step of the way.

What is a Keratin Smoothing Treatment?2024-04-24T16:13:56+00:00

We carry a Keratin Smoothing treatment that is chemically minimal, 100% formaldehyde free, and suitable for use on all hair types and textures. This treatment smoothes, relaxes, and de-frizzes the hair resulting in maximum shine, increased manageability, and overall health. With the proper use of sulfate free at-home products, your curl, frizz, and natural texture will slowly return to normal over 2-3 months. We recommend waiting 2 weeks between your Keratin Smoothing treatment and any color services.
