Q: Who answers my phone calls?

In an effort to keep our spaces creative, fun filled, and upbeat, we created a team of care-driven individuals who are dedicated to supporting you through your hair journey. From calls, to texts, to emails and beyond, this wonderful team is here to answer any questions you may have without any in salon disruptions.

Q: What happens if I don’t love my hair?

If ever you’re not fully loving your hair, don’t hesitate and don’t second guess- reach out to us directly so we can make things right. We kindly ask that you please reach out to us within 2 weeks of your original service so that we can do everything we can to have you feeling and looking like your very best self.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for all cancellations to be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation is not made within the specified time frame, we will charge the credit card on file 50% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment.

Q: What type of products do you use?

From our color lines, to our treatments, to our stylings products and the retail brands we carry, we’re always keeping our eyes peeled for the coolest and most innovative products that truly work. Trust our team of professionals to find the right products for you and your one-of-a-kind hair needs.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, and gift cards, as well as Interac Debit at our Canadian location. All of our locations are cashless. Checks cannot be accepted.
